Eta Alpha Chapter at Texas A&M University

Kappa Delta

Chapter Housing

Welcome to the Kappa Delta House at 1010 University Oaks in College Station, Texas and home to the Eta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Delta at Texas A&M University.  Built in 1999, it is the home away from home to over 245 Kappa Delta members.

One of the joys of sorority membership is the opportunity to live in the unique sorority community, and Kappa Delta is no exception. The house is a hustle and bustle of activity but also a quiet place to study, relax and live. The members eat together at evening meals to catch up on the day’s activities. Living in the house also provides its members the opportunity to learn the important life skill of compromise with friends.

Our home sleeps 45 members and offers cable hookup in every bedroom, wireless internet, exercise room, TV Room, KD Café (a 24 hr kitchen, TV, sitting room), guest suite, House Director apartment, in-house laundry and home cooked meals on weekdays.  We also offer outside night security.

The Kappa Delta House is owned and operated by the House Corporation of the Eta Alpha chapter  of Kappa Delta.  The House Corporation Board consists of six Kappa Delta alumnae volunteers, the chapter President and the Vice President of Finance.  It is the responsibility of the House Corporation to provide safe, well maintained, beautiful and comfortable housing for its members.
